Process X-Ray Documentation
Process X-Ray gives you deep insights into what your Mac is doing. We recommend you first read the “First Launch” link below, and then revisit these pages whenever you have questions about the information presented by Process X-Ray.
First Launch
The first time you run Process X-Ray you need to install and configure its endpoint system extension. The First Launch link takes you to a page that guides you through these steps.

Where you will spend most of your time.
